My Soursop

We had two soursops (guanabana) on our tree but one fell the night before we went to pick it. Luckily we got this big one! The tree has a few more flowering buds so hopefully more soursops are on their way.

Soursop is low in calories, high in fiber and vitamin C. Studies have shown that the fruit is high antioxidants. Hence why many claim it helps fight cancer cells. The fruit is also good for fighting bacteria, and anti-inflammatory properties. I like to make milk shakes with the soursop and put some chia seeds. But like any fruit, it is always better to eat raw for obtaining full benefits. I am yet to try using the leafs to make tea but I will definitely be trying.
